Any books out there that could be the motivating factor to get me jump started.

Not a book but I joined a message board for a specific exercise I enjoy and I began writing on my blog again daily to hold myself accountable. One day I just woke up and said I was tired of being in a funk and gaining weight and I got back into it. I personally don't think a book would've jump started me.
