Help a newbie out? Bathroom/home contractors

It's time for us to rip out our master bathroom and replace everything. The only thing that will stay is the plumbing.

When you hire a company to renovate the whole thing, can you say to them that you have your own guys for specific things? Because I have a plumbing company that I'd prefer to deal with. And possibly a ceramic tile guy.

Does anyone have glowing recommendation? Arrived when they said they would, didn't BS or overcharge, finished in a reasonable time frame, and delivered a great result...? Pics would be welcome too!
