What is the general vibe you are getting? I am in a MS and it seems majority is voting no

I am not a teacher any longer- but I am in touch with many former coworkers on FB, as well as other friends and former classmates- and it seems like there is a growing movement towards voting no. There is at least one Vote No on the UFT Contract page on FB too, the more I read there the more it seems like a bad contract.
I bet it passes in the end though.

I'm not a teacher anymore, but my friends who were teachers mostly seem unhappy with the new contract, except for a few who are retiring soon seem to like it.

Voting no! I've read so many articles and the more I read, the more infuriated I become. Now, I spoke to my union rep and he thinks the contract is amazing...he's useless...

Not liking it. I also do not see the mention of lesson plans. They do mention the Danielson planning domain. So, I am assuming that is going to be the loop hole for principals to start dictating our lesson plans. This contract is a hot mess all throughout. I am not liking the stories of people being hushed at these meeting who try to speak up against it. The union is suppose to represent our best interest, but they seem not to want to address any of the negative about this contract
