Saks Fifth Avenue Returns
I bought a jacket online. It arrived yesterday and last night I tried it on liked it and cut the tag. Now this morning I am second guessing it and want to return it. Do you think they will take it back? The tag was a string I could loop it back and tie it. It was an expensive jacket so I dont want to keep it if I am not 100% happy. DH said to mail it back and if they give me a hard time tell them that is how the tag was. I was thinking of going to the store & telling them what happened. What would you do?
