Those who juice....
What are some recipes/ concoctions that you make? I want to start juicing for either breakfast or lunch and need some ideas! TIA!

Those who juice....
I don't juice per say But I do drink veggie/fruit smoothies in my Nutribullet and you can make any concoction you like. I prefer spinach, banana, carrot & apple (basic) with ground flaxseed (or chia seeds) ice and a lil some water. Sometimes I swap out spinach for beets Or apple for berries whatever I happen to have at home.

I make smoothies every morning. I do berries, spinach or kale, chia seeds, cinnamon and almond milk. When I jucie, there's one that I love. It's beets, carrots, green apples and ginger. Not something to drink every day but a couple of times a week is good. When my husband juices, he will usually do apples, carrots, and whatever else we have in the fridge.
