Need a Simple and healthy diet plan
this is what i'm looking for:
easy prep
nutritious FOODS
no shakes/cleanses/meal replacements
easy recipes
family friendly
So I need a jump start but i want to EAT! I need a plan that will spell out what I should or have to eat for each meal over the course of a few weeks/months. Please help!
