i cant remember how many weeks are you when they can tell the sex of the baby 15/16?

you can actually tell as early as 12 weeks, but dr's don't like sono techs to say anything till 20 weeks when it's more definite.
WE found out at 15 weeks when my sister was visiting from NY...they made a special exception for us!

20 is the norm...but the "area" forms before that... I think like 12 weeks....
DRs usually have you wait until about 20 weeks...for then they have a more accurate reading!!!
I found out at 19 weeks

thanks for all the info since i have been having a bit of a complication i have to go for sonos every 4 weeks, and im sooo impatient!!!!!!

i went for a sono at 12 weeks and they said they couldnt tell that between 18-20 is when you can determine.
