Help Ladies!
Hi all! I began follistim last night. I am secretly hoping to have the egg retrieval on sunday the 15th as DH has major work issues that week that will make it extremely difficult for him to miss the day.
What was your # of days of stims before the eggs looked ready to go?
Also- God forbid, did anyone have DH drop off sample early and then have someone else take you to and from the retrieval? My RE suggested this to me or suggested my husband could freeze a sample the weekend prior.
This is so stressful! Sorry to vent.

Re: Help Ladies!
All together, I stimmed for *I think* 9 days.... but then I triggered and had to wait another 36 hrs or so....

Re: Help Ladies!
So last time I did IVF, was a long time ago, BUT...we always store a frozen sample for hubby. He's in the National Guard right now, and works FT in a military position. So his schedule can be uncooperative at times. So to insure that we can continue as planned medically, we always had frozen sperm as a back up. We just froze some end of April, as we know we are planning to start soon, and he had to go away for a month. If nothing else, its a great peace of mind that if he gets stuck somewhere, you can keep things moving along.
