Does rice freeze well?
I've frozen plain, cooked rice without a problem, but I don't know how that complete dish would freeze. I'm wondering if the rice will keep absorbing liquid and get gummy? I'd definitely wait til serving time to add the cheese...
BTW...looks delicious! I'm saving this one!
