I'm taking it now for the last few weeks. Heard about it through one of the girls on here.
We are unexplained and have my dd from our 2nd ivf. We aren't trying yet but when we do hopefully this would have made a difference in egg quality. I took metformin for my second ivf for egg quality and it worked and this is supposed to work the same way.

I took it for about 6 weeks. It did help regulate my cycle and bring on AF (which is something only provera can do). I stopped it though once I started this iui cycle. I redid my bloodwork from last year, and while I didn't get any specifics, I was told my levels and numbers were prefect (except for vitamin D).

I have PCOS. My acupuncturist recommended it to me and I have been on it for almost 2 months now. This last month was my first perfect 28 day cycle! I couldn't believe it. Twice a day, mixed in with 8 ounces of water. Had my first IUI on Tuesday. We will see what happens. I do also take a prenatal vitamin & CoQ-10.
