How Can I Find Walk/Run Groups?
I really need to start C25K & am not motivated enough to do it alone. None of my friends are particularly interested. I've Googled & tried MeetUp. There are groups elsewhere, but none near me. I'm in NE Queens, if that makes a difference.

You could always try to start your own.
FWIW though, I think you need to try to find your own motivation.
I've never had luck when trying to exercise with even a partner, and honestly, it feels so good to just go, get it over with and not stress myself out even more with making it a social event if that makes sense.
Some of my family also just bought one of those monitors you wear all day long to track your steps/exercise and they say it's definitely been motivating.....

I found one through a friend I met at the gym. She was running with them and this winter asked me if I was interested.
I started running with them in April and today I ran a 5k marathon.
It is really motivating running with a group. Try a FB search for running clubs.

Thank you both!! At this point, I need the socialization & someone to drag my azzz out of the house to start...typically, I am a solo exerciser, though, just need a little extra right now. I will try Facebook!! Thanks again!!
