Coach products repair
The strap on my Coach bag is frayed. I just got it this Christmas and it was bought at Macy's. Does anyone know if any Coach store will repair items free of charge? The website says to send in your product along with a check for $20..I'm trying to avoid doing that.

They changed their policy a while ago. Maybe you will get a sympathetic sales associate, but in my experience it costs $20.edit go to a coach Store not macys.

And it completely depends on how old the purse is. They used to do this for LIFE but now it is "lifetime of the purse" which ranges between 1-2 years. Outside of that they might just give you a 20% off coupon for your next purchase.

Coach products repair
I bought a coach purse about 3 years ago and the binding on the handles broke and it was frayed in spots. I brought it into the coach outlet store. the manager looked at it and said that should not have happened and waived the $20 fee. She said they will repair it or send me a credit - This was 2 weeks ago so I should get something in the mail in the next few weeks
