Anyone know someone who is starting a piyo accountability group ? I was in one when I did T 25 and found it incredibly helpful. Thanks!

What week are you on? I'm on my second week. My arms are hurting me from all the planks and down dog.

I'm in my third week of piyo. I'm doing the strength calendar. My legs were burning doing the strength intervals workout this morning. I was originally concerned that there might not be enough cardio, but as I"m getting further into the program, I'm definitely getting my heart rate up more.

Question - can I skip the Align DVD since I'm pretty familiar with yoga and Pilates, or is it essential?

I'm familiar with yoga and Pilates, so some of what's covered in Align is nothing new. She does have some moves, though, that I hadn't seen before, so it was helpful to have watched.

Align isn't really a workout. I did some of the moves along with them to get the hang of it, though.
