I feel dumb asking (maybe TMI)
But when do you consider the first day of your period? For example the first couple of days may be a little brown n spotted...is that the first day or is it the first day when it is full on red?
Sorry if this is TMI

Spotting days do not count. The first day that you have a dark red consistent flow is cd1.
