favorite summertime dessert that travels well
Have to travel a few hours and I'm on dessert duty. May be able to squeeze a cooler in but our car will be packed. Please share your favorite summertime desserts. TIA

favorite summertime dessert that travels well
I recently made oreo truffles, not dipped in choc and put them in a cooler, about 100 of them and they were fine on the 1 hour drive
(I individually wrapped them in little bags)

Brownies or cookies or a pie with summer fruit- blueberry, strawberry, peach etc
