damn you charley horse!!!
wokeup in the middle of the night with extreme calf pain and my husband could care less, he was like what?  so painful! 33w here! and this is my 2nd this week

I got one couple weeks ago (could have been around 33 weeks also)...DH massaged it to make it feel better. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water (I didn't the day before I got the Charlie horse) - also eat some bananas...good for potassium.

I had this happen to me twice about a month ago and I tried massaging it but it took a while to feel relief. My gf told me the next time it happens to immediately point your toes towards you. Worked like a charm!

I would wake up screaming in pain from charley horse's. Like I was being brutally attacked type of screaming. It was awful.
