Exhaustion...

Ughh I'll be 6 weeks on Friday and the last two days have been unbearable with the amount of exhaustion I feel! I don't remember it being this bad with dc1. I drink 1 cup of half decaf and half caff coffee, but it's doing nothing now! Any other maybe natural ways you girls fight exhaustion??

Exhaustion...

This may seem counter-intuitive, but exercise always helped me.

Re: Exhaustion...

It hits me at 3-4pm and my Dr says it's normal and to try and take a nap if possible! I have a snack of fruit and it helps a lot.

Don't we wish? Only on my off days can I nap. My full work days I'm trying to nap in my car on my lunch break lol

Re: Exhaustion...

I had terrible fatigue/exhaustion with my 2nd and 3rd. There wasn't anything to help it, I just rested whenever I could and went to bed when my kids went to bed. Hope it passes quickly!
