I'm in the middle of my training & I feel like miles are all over. Up down, back up. Is that right?

The 30k is 9/27 so I have just under 9 weeks.
Did 12 miles last Friday.

Can someone offer a rec for what I should peak with & what week? As well as the increments leading & tapper?

I'm running 3 days (short, long/short, short), rest 1, & then LR is usually thur or Fri.
