is it ok..

..to drink flavored sparkling fruit water? it's by the same people that make vitamin water and it doesn't contain aspartame, like crystal lite.

I HATE WATER!

i have been adding fruit to regular water, but sometimes i just don't have the time in the morning to make it.

i tried that today and i'm not really a fan of it Chat Icon

eta: i feel like seltzer has a weird after taste.

Have you tried ice water? I had a very hard time for the same reason- I am just not a water person, ESP bottled water...bleh!!!
I bought a big thermos and fill it with my fridge filtered water and ice and it had motivated me tremendously! I try and drink a lot when I'm snacking and eating too so I don't have to force myself to constantly sip.

i have.. it's slightly better, but i just hate water. i've never been a fan.

I don't know what's in it...
I drink a lot of bottled water. But, if I want little flavor, I drink watered down juice or tea - about a 1/4 juice or just even a splash of juice for flavor. If you don't mind the caffeine, you could drink unsweetened iced tea.
