Other boards...
I have 3 aps on my phone, 2 are the bump and what to expect... I read through the boards for entertainment sometimes, and I have to say, outside of Long Island (at least this group of ladies) pregnant woman are NASTY!!! The things that some of these ladies jump down your throat over astounds me.

OMG Babycenter is one of the worst! If you word something wrong...they all jump on you. Its insane. What to expect isn't any better.
And because some of the people are out of the country or even just out of the state I don't understand some of the doctors appointments. One girl said she had her anatomy scan, but just saw the tech and her doctor appointment is in a month. Idk I always see my doctor right after my ultrasounds...

I posted something on What to Expect and got jumped on by everyone. It was early, like 6weeks or so, so I wasn't having any nausea yet and I asked if anyone had some Paleo snack ideas that I could bring to work. I was expecting some answers like carrots or celery. Nope, I got yelled at and people were saying pregnancy isn't the time to diet, and how it was wrong to try to be losing weight, blah blah blah. Both of which I NEVER said. I was paleo before my pregnancy for other health reasons. I was like, jeez sorry I asked. That was the last time I posted a question...Now I just lurk for entertainment lol.

I am just so surprised by the attacks on the usage of "gender" instead of "sex". I understand what they are getting at, but they get so nasty!

YES! And they go on and on! because a "sex reveal party" sounds good?

Here here! LIF has helped get me through one of the hardest periods of my life, I never would have gotten through it and to this point without all of the ladies on this board, the TTC, TTC & Pregnant after MC, and IF boards.

So funny you say that. I just randomly checked out babycenter's the other day and couldn't believe how rude everyone was. Who would want to ask a question on there?? It was a bit bizarre. I wonder why they're so angry.

Oh and forget about the baby names board! They don't hold back! Someone asked about the name Charlie and everyone responded back with "They'll never get a job, imagine that on a resume, its horrible"
Like there are a bunch of Charlies who are unemployed hanging out on a corner somewhere.
I guess people hiding behind a computer keyboard...and then adding the pregnancy hormones to it idk. lol
