4BR Cape for Sale by Owner - West Islip

Good luck with your sale! It looks like a nice home.
West Islip is such a great area! I am currently selling a house to a client in West Islip (on Quincy) and last year I sold one on Harvest Lane. A lot of my clients who start out wanting southeast Nassau wind up expanding their search to West Islip.
Hope you sell quickly, but if you find you are having trouble and want to consider working with a realtor, please keep me in mind!

Yes planning on staying in W. Islip. We love it here too. Added inside pics. I had to straighten up a bit with the kids home from school stuff is everywhere. LOL
