Holy pressure!!

I don't know what's going on.
Went to Starbucks and waited for Dh to pick me up. He arrived and I got up to go outside and got the craziest pressure in my lower abdomen, like enough that I had to stop and hold my belly in the middle of Starbucks like a crazy lady. It stopped immediately as I walked it off. I headed to my Dr appt and told Dr. Cohen about it but he was not concerned at all bc no cramping or discharge. Everything was cool and we were driving to dinner. Kept feeling all this craziness going on in my belly (ironically when we agreed to go to Moe's LOL) . We get there and I get out of the car, take a few steps and the pressure knocks me off my feet again! I had to freeze in the doorway and couldn't move bc of it. I had to walk it off but it was so uncomfortable and I kept feeling all this tingly waviness going on in there.
Could this be the baby moving around? I felt what seemed to feel like a flip and then the pressure stopped and I've been normal since. Anyone else feel this before? I couldn't help but laugh out loud a few times bc it felt so insane.

On a side note, I got my NT scan results and my ratio is 1:4000 so we are beyond elated!!

It sounds like ligament pain and stretching.

The ligament pain I get but that's more a sudden pain on my sides like a cramp. This was pressure like a ball was going to roll out of me. I almost went to LIJ bc it was so
Intense :/ hoping it does not come back today. That was scary.

Sounds like round ligament pain to me, I get both types of it - the sharp stabbing type pains and the pressure like baby boy is trying to push his way forward. I get it a lot when I get up from having a good pee (TMI, sorry), but it will HURT. I also get the feeling that my muscles are being stretched - and the doctor for my A/S actually made a point of mentioning that my abdominal muscles are super strong (ironic since I'm so fat).

When I mentioned them to my doctor she told me a story about another MD that she had come into her practice years ago. The woman was hysterical crying bent over in pain, grabbing her side. They ran a ton of tests nervous it was her appendix or something else ... in the end it was round ligament pain. This DOCTOR didn't even recognize it because it was so bad. Made me feel a lot better and that I wasn't going crazy.
