Christine Braun Recommendation!

This is a bit delayed, but 2 months ago we closed on our house and now we finally moved in...so this review feels more real now.

DH and I casually looked at houses for about a month before deciding we needed help. We met with Christine and immediately had a great rapport with her.

We initially had interest in another house, and Christine very patiently went back to visit it several times with us. We were always on the fence, and she never pushed us in one way or another, letting us make up our minds. She made time to meet with us every weekend, around our crazy schedule and was patient when we had to bring our 1-year old DS with us. When we found "our house", it came down to us and another potential buyer, and Christine helped guide us through the bidding process, and our offer was ultimately accepted. She talked to me any time I needed it, and I never felt rushed or pushed. In fact, I always thought it felt like I was talking more with a friend than my real estate agent. And, on the day of our closing, Christine was right next to us during the walk through and throughout a very loooong closing with lots of papers to sign.

I wholeheartedly recommend Christine to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their house on Long Island. She is honest, sincere and extremely knowledgeable. I know we just moved into our house, but I know that if we ever decide to move again, Christine will be our first call.
