quick oil price help
You will get differing opinions.
First that is an amazing price. You will have it for a year then it will go up.
My very humble opinion is that I would not go with slomins. For ME it's very important to use family owned businesses where you know who answers the phone, where you have the same tech come to your house for cleaning every year etc etc. I'm not saying slomins is bad but I personally would not use them.
The price cAnt be beat.

We had a bunch of Slomins people in our neighborhood yesterday... We were quoted at 3.39/gallon too... That is only good if you take their service plan at $139./year...

Yes that is an excellent price my husband works for Slomins and does sales for them and I do not even get that price. They are also family owned just a larger company.

The Slomins mall kiosk had $3.29 yesterday.
Slomins doesn't cover as many parts as Petro through, so lately I have been staying with Petro. Every renewal I negotiate Petro down to close to Slomins mall price number. They usually give me some crooked renewal price at first.

we just bought our home last year and we knew our boiler was on the older side and didnt know what kind of winter we were having so on the safe side we purchased the service contract and the oil was $3.39.
let me tell you we called slomins 15 times to come fix the boiler and never not ONCE were we charged. they basically had to change 90% of the parts of the boiler.
i called at all hours and they even came once at midnight on a Saturday night so to me slomins service was GREAT

quick oil price help
I hate slomins. i can't wait to go back to meenan or somewhere else. Their customer service is the WORST. they are SO rude when you call. I had them in the past for alarm & oil but forgot until we re-signed with them this year. They also cover less than Meenan, for a higher service price. You have to time it well to get on budget billing (they only start in June or something). You can look up when your next delivery is or call, but they will deliver when you don't need it anyway (we got a delivery in May, then a whole 50 gallons the other day- WTH!)
