Tipping/massage
Excuse my ignorance, but I've only had one massage in my life. I would like to increase that. What's the appropriate amount to tip and do you even tip? I'm not sure what the etiquette would be.

I just about always give 20%, maybe a bit more or less depending if it was out of the range of what I consider to be expected.
