I need suggestion on storing fresh veggies
I bought way too much at Meyers farms and don't want it all to go to waste
I made baked kale chips today. what else can I make
AND
how do I freeze them while fresh for later use, so that its not mushy when I go to use?
do I blanch the beans or freeze as is

I find that blanching the beans then an icebath is the best. Zucchini freezes fine without blanching. What else did you get? I found that green bags work awesome
