Ideal Shape Meal replacement had you tried?
I drink vega every morning mixed with almond milk and it satisfies me for hours and I love it! I drink the chocolate flavor , I also like that it is plant based.

Re: Ideal Shape Meal replacement had you tried?
This really doesn't look like a good shake to me at all. First it only has 11 grams of protein. That isn't enough for recovery after working or gaining lean muscle. Second, It has soy isolate as a listed ingredient (it is soy protein) which I would stay away from. Third, It doesn't say where the sugar is derived from and I couldn't find how many amino acids there where either. It also has 120 calories which seems very low for a meal replacement shake. Think about it in terms of food….would a meal that is 120 fill you, no, that is generally a snack.

Re: Ideal Shape Meal replacement had you tried?
Ideal Shape has added sweeteners (I'm pretty sure it's sucralose) and fillers.
I was using Shakeology for a month- but I can't afford to keep using it- especially when I add so much to it so I can stand the taste
I bought Designer Whey last night- it's all natural and cheap.
The taste isn't the best- but I can deal with it.
This website has TONS of protein shake recipes and she uses designer whey:
Dashing Dish
In order to make it a Meal replacement- add fruit and veggies and maybe a "filler" (like oats)
