Rec your pediatrician

MorningCuppaCoffee Tired! Member since 12/07 16353 total posts Name: Allison	Rec your pediatrician I have been going to the same place since DS was born. I initially liked it because they have great hours. However, I'm noticing more and more the place is being run like a clinic. You never see the same person and the wait times are atrocious. DS had a 1:15 appt for his annual physical today, and we didn't get out of there until after 3. It took doctor about 45 minutes to see him after nurse did initial stuff. DS also was given an early diagnosis of ADHD so doesn't do well with waiting. I would still use them for a sick visit, but for regular visits this is not acceptable. Any recs? We are in Amity Harbor but I'd travel 20-30 minutes for someone good.

MichLiz213 Life is Good! Member since 7/07 7979 total posts Name:	Rec your pediatrician We love Suffolk Pediatrics in West Islip. We see Dr. Woletsky the majority of the time, but we really like Dr. Zanolin as well. The nurses and staff are great too.

I like how he explains things to you as the parent and then explains it to your child in a good, appropriate way. He was my pediatrician as a child and I always loved going there.
