Yes, very common. Some RE's add it and some do not.

Yes I've used femara during my fresh cycles. Trivax at RS of Ny always put me on femara along with injectables. My next cycle will also have femara.

i feel like theres no point in femara for an IVF cycle. the injectables are much more predictable and you can alter the dose each day

I have had cycles with it and cycles without it. It depends on the person. My best cycle which produced the most eggs was an injectable cycle with femara. So there can be a point in using femara but it depends on dr, levels, etc.

Yep -- I got my BFP from a fresh IVF cycle w/o Femara. I was on Menopur and Gonal F.
