Face routine...

I was wondering what you girls do as a face routine….morning and night….and any products you use

I use a facial cleanser...typically one that is on sale at Target. Right now I rotate between Aveeno and Olay.

In terms of makeup, I'm very natural.

Just some eyeliner and mascara and a lipstick with staying power during the week for work.

If I'm going to an event I may add some eye shadow.

Face routine...

I use cleanser at night to wash my face. Then I moisturize with cetaphil.

In the morning, I splash warm water on, pat dry, use witch hazel, then oil of olay with spf.

Once a week, I'll make a mixture of baking soda and cetaphil cleanser in the am to exfoliate a bit.

My face routine as of the last 2 weeks:

Morning: Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser , Cetaphil Moisturizer with SPF. Back and forth between Loreal True Match Powder and MAC Skinfinish Powder, Lorac Blush, MAC duo shadow, Falsies Mascara, eyeliner, setting powder

Evening: Simple Moisturizing Face Cleanser(takes the make up off and doesn't irritate my eyes)

Night- I remove all my make up with a Ponds Wipe. Then I use Paula's Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant- it's 2% salicylic acid . Then I moisturize with Paula's Choice Resist Barrier Repair Mositurizer with Retinol.

Morning- same exact routine but I wash my face in the shower with a face wash- usually whatever is on sale or strikes my fancy...nothing expensive, just something basic.
After that I apply my make up.

Twice a week at night, I replace the 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant with Resist Weekly Resurfacing Treatment- it is 10% AHA and really makes a huge difference in my skin.

I've switched things up in the last month or so and am happy so far.

In the morning I use an Olay exfoliating wash in the shower. Then I use a toner by Murad.(It's a little pricey and is basically witch hazel, so I may just buy witch hazel when I run out.) I then use a Neutrogena moisturizer.

At night I use a makeup remover cloth. (not sure of the brand right now), then Cetaphil cleanser and the Murad toner again.

And once a week I wash my face with olive oil at night.

Omg, I wash with my bar of irish spring. If my face looks dry in a spot (my skin isn't usually dry and I'm prone to breakouts) I'll throw on whatever moisturizer happens to be in the bathroom.

I guess I should be doing something more fancy. I wouldn't even know where to start, I tend to think most "miracle potions" and whatnot are a crock of shit. I also have no patience to be washing my face and putting on goo for 10 minutes every day.

I do wear bear minerals and put on eye makeup when I'm leaving the house.

At night - wash off my makeup with a Yes to Cucumbers wipe. Then I wash it in the shower with whatever I have in there.

In the morning - just splash some warm water on my face, pat dry, and put my $3 Trader Joe's face moisturizer on. I've been using it for years...I swear by that stuff!

I have extremely dry and sensitive skin. I mix up what I use:

Wash in the morning in the shower with regular cetaphil (not the face one) OR Purpose

Summer I use an SPF moisturizer like Eucerin or neutrogen. Winter I use the same with SPF but I put another cream like Eucerin in the jar on top.

Night remove makeup with either an eye makeup remover lotion, coconut oil or cold cream.

i use proactiv morning and night. and dont usually wear moisturizer. works fine for me. no issues.

I use a facial scrub each night before bed to get off my makeup. I forget which brand it is - Neutrogena I think. Then I moisturize with Shiseido moisturizer.

Twice a week I use Peter Thomas Roth Peeling Gel to clear my face of any dead skin cells. THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!!! It makes a huge difference in my skin every time I use it.

At night - I wipe my face clean with a simple sensitive wipes. Than I use cerave wash to cleanse my face. Finish up with Roc multi correction night cream.

Morning I wash my face with cerave in the shower and use Olay complete moisturizer with SPF 15. It's cheap and works great. I sometimes use St Ives collegan elastin moisturizing.

Than i start my makeup routine primer, concealer, foundation, bronzer for my skin.

Wow I didn't really think mine was very complicated until I've read some of yours!

Morning:

1)Wash face in the shower w/cleaner (usually l'oreal or aveeno, or whatever was on sale) with clarisonic-type brush (the cheap drug store one)

2) Clinique DD+ moisterizer

3) Makeup: Clinque perfectly real compact makeup + Physicans Formula Youth Wear in red areas (cheeks, nose, forehead) PF bronzer, Nars Orgasm, lip balm and on a good day mascara (whichever type came free in my last clinique bonus) and/or Stila eye liner.

I also just bought a "wrinkle eliminator" from Target - the Elf brand - it was like $3. I tried it today for the first time between my brows before foundation and it seems pretty good.

4) I also used pressed powder throughout the day for redness or oiliness. Right now I have a Physicians Formula one, but I hate it (its chalky) so I just ordered a Clinique one.

Night:

1) Wash the same as in the morning + remove eyemakeup if I wore any

2) under eyes - l'oreal revitalift

3) forehead/lip lines - neutrogena anti wrinkle intensives

4) Clinique DD over everything when those two dry
