Re: Stir fry
I don't really use a recipe, I just throw things together depending on what I have in the house.
I usually do shrimp or chicken with veggies, a little olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Sometimes I'll use Italian dressing or balsamic vinegar instead of olive oil. Teriyaki Sauce is also really good with stir fry!
Diced chicken, tomatoes, onion and fresh basil is a favorite with EVOO or Italian dressing.
I either serve it with rice or pasta.

Re: Stir fry
I'm not a rachael ray fan or even a huge stir fry fan but this recipe is really good. I don't even bother with the garnishes.
Chicken Satay Stir Fry
I also like the bottled teriyaki sauce that has the blue and white label with sesame seeds in it. With beef I'll often add a little oj to it or with chicken I like to add pineapple chunks and a little of the juice.

Re: Stir fry
I use soy sauce, honey, dark sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic and scallions.
Cooked rice or any kind of noodles
I blanch brocolli
Slice chicken into thin strips and cook or lightly fry tofu
Use snap peas and a red pepper
Stir all together with sauce.
Top of with sesame seeds

Re: Stir fry
I will buy the bag of broccoli slaw or Rabinow salad and sauté it in coconut oil and some of that sensame ginger dressing.
It's very filling.
I had this as a side tonight with chicken burgers.

Re: Stir fry
I use sesame oil and either soy sauce or teriyaki sauce. "Asian stir fry" frozen veggie mix and either chicken, shrimp, or steak. Some salt, garlic powder and onion powder and then top it off with sesame seeds.
