I absolutely love it! I do it at World Gym in Wantagh. I love the mat classes but the reformer is the way to go. It's a good workout but different. I can tell you my abs look the best when I am consistent with it. Most of the movements are done using your core. I would highly suggest trying it.

I've been taking a class at my gym once a week since Feb and I love it. It really works your core and I can feel a difference in my body.
