Looking for an in-home personal trainer
You're too far for me but I am always willing to help my lif girls. If you tell me what equipment you have access to I will write you workouts. Free, of course, and I know that isn't the same as being there with you but it's a good start until you find on close by

I have one for you! Her name is Jen Maget. She lives in Coram but travels, does it out of her home and also at a facility in St. James. Let me know if you want her info!
