I think I am going to
Take every Wednesday off between now and his birth. I just hit this wall of stress on Wednesdays that I just can't overcome, my anxiety rises and I just can't relax. Today isn't even a hard day, we have no patients in the office, the doctor isn't there, it's a great day to just bang some more projects off my desk and I'm sitting here feeling like I just dealt with the worst patients in the world! Hoping lunch makes me feel better!
By Thursday I always feel better, I don't know what it is!

Do it!! I just went through my calendar and I have 3 days left to take before Thanksgiving (when I start working from home) plus 6 sick days. I'm gonna be taking some days off here and there as well. You deserve it!

These will likely be unpaid, which is fine, I can afford to lose 1 day per week, I just need to figure out how to approach it.

no one will take care of you or your health especially and employer, so you have to even if its your mental health.
I use to kill myself for work, got sick and they didn't care..
