Where are you registered?

Trying to figure out the best places to set up a registry. So far the only place I know I want to register with is Buy Buy Baby. I want bedding from RH baby but I'm not sure I want to set up a whole registry.

Who gives the best perks? Has the best in-store (because my family fears the internet) collection?

If buy buy baby has a return policy like bed bath and beyond, I'd stick there. I had nothing but problems with babies r us. They only allowed a certain amount of returns from my registry which they screwed up. They never removed an item after someone purchased it and I received 4 bouncers! I kept 2, one for my moms but they gave me a hard time. About returning other items as well. That was also over 3 years ago, things may have changed since then.

I only registered for BRU and had no complaints. I know for my family to shop and for myself with returns and using the completion coupon BBB just isn't convenient. I added almost everything during a few trips to the store to make sure the things I picked were available. I only added a few things online bc I didn't know whether or not I'd get those. I had no issues with getting multiple items or with returns. The only issue was keeping an eye on it online so that if things went unavailable I could add a replacement (around new years a lot of items were replaced with new versions).

That's what I was wondering. I kinda figured. We were going to wait until January to register but that will put at around 24 weeks. Not sure if that's too late or not.

I think either way is fine. We definitely didn't register until after 20 weeks but it did take a few weeks and a few trips to the store to finish it. The things they got rid of it was really just a matter of picking from the same item in new colors.

When I was pregnant with DS I only had a registry at Buy Buy Baby. You can use BBB coupons so as long as they are not expired. The best part was, I was able to return things without a receipt, even out of the box at times and they still gave me store credit.

ETA I registered after 20 weeks, after I knew the gender.

Where are you registered?

I had BBB and Target. I have a ton of family out of state and no where near BBB or BRU so Target was and easy place for all to get to.

Where are you registered?

I registered at BBB and Pottery Barn Kids. I heard from so many ppl IRL and on here about how terrible BRU is with returns off the registry so I stayed away.
If I were to do it again I would make a small registry also at BRu bc I got some complaints that BBB wasn't convenient for some.

Re: Where are you registered?

I never had issues with BRU and am registering again there. They always have a good selection of stuff and watd had a good experience returning and exchanging.

I did Buy Buy Baby and Amazon. I really liked Amazon because I was able to compile a registry from multiple stores.

Re: Where are you registered?

We are out east and there are no BBB's by us. We only registered at BRU. I kind of wish I had gotten some stuff at target, but it wasn't worth it for 3-4 items. Then again, we may have gotten gift cards to there had we registered for a little bit. When we registered at Target for our wedding, we got 2x a few things but returns were easy.
