Zwanger Results Online

Has anyone had it say " At the request of your physician your results will be delayed for 3 day(s)."?? If so, was it bad news or good news?

I had two tests done today. A CT scan on my head and an ultrasound on my neck for an enlarged lympnode. The tech told me the lymph didn't look like anything, and that test says report pending. The CT scan is the one that says the above. I've had a lot of tests done at ZP in the past, and it's never said the 3 day thing, and the lympnode test doesn't say that. All of the tests have always come back normal though. So now of course I'm thinking the worst

they used to put the 3 day delay on the site. then they stopped, maybe there is still something in the system flagging certain reports with the default 3 day wait so the doc sees it first. i've had it both ways over the years and i've had a lot of tests done there.

Yes. Happened to me. Drs office does not request that, that's ZP putting that on there for whatever reason. In my case they had to redo X-rays of my tissue and that was the hold up. I also thought the worst but in my case all results were normal despite the report being delayed for over a week (which again, was NOT my drs office, it was a statement they put on the report to make us patients wait "patiently" I guess). I called my drs office, who verified it was NOT them asking for a delay. Then spoke with Zwanger who said it was their own hold up. So don't panic.
