I caved and paid a professional to wash our windows last week - we have three floors of windows and some cathedral windows that needed to be done and DH and I weren't getting to it. We went with Mr. Wright's window cleaning and David was fantastic. He gave a clear estimate, confirmed the appointment the day before, arrived on time, and did a great job. DH happened to be home that day and also said how conscientious David was - DH was doing the fall cleanup in the yard and David had to use some additional chemicals on some of the north-facing windows and David hesitated to use them until he knew he wouldn't get the chemicals on the plants - DH appreciated this.
He was very friendly, quiet, clean with his work and I'm glad we did it.
