Black Tulle Skirt-what top?
I picked this up today.
It's a bit fuller and prettier in person. (it doesn't hang like that when on)
I am kind of obsessed with it.
I want to wear it to a holiday party.
How do I dress it up?
What kind of top? I looked on pintrest and saw everything from a turtle neck to a button down denim shirt with tulle skirts.
But I want something more dressy and holiday.
Any ideas?

I'd do a sleeveless silk top in a festive color with a chunky necklace and sky high heels.

This and I would keep it very fitted.
When I wear fuller bottoms I always like to keep very fitted on top.

Now my challenge is to find a sparkly fitted top!
When I am NOT looking for something like that I see them all over.
Now that I have a specific need, not so much!

I think you could even do a silk top or tight silk sweater with a sequined shrug.

Go online. They have it in all 3 colors. Runs true to size. Search Lauren Conrad Tulle skirt

A form fitting solid sweater (grey, burgundy, blue...) tucked in the skirt or a nice cardigan in those colors as well.
