3 day report
I need some of your opinions. I got my 3 day report regarding my embryos from SIRM.
2- 9 cell gr.2
4 - 8 cell gr.2
4- 7 cell gr. 2
1-5 cell gr. 3
1- 4 cell grade 3
The nurse said 10 of them look strong but I am so disappointed that I don't have any grade 1 embryos. Has anyone had any success with grade 2 embryos? Is this a horrible report or am I overeacting? Thanks ladies!

A lot can change between days 3 and 5. Embryos that don't look so hot now can look very good I'm two days, and vice versa.

I agree. I think that's why a lot of REs are now only doing 5 day transfers.

I think you're report is fine!!! I agree that so much happens from day 3-5! I had 8 embryos on day 3 all 6-8 cells grade 1-2 or 2 and by day 5 I only had 3 left! One was transferred, one was frozen and then another they were waiting till day 6 to see if they were gonna freeze it. I'll find out Monday if I'm pregnant! Please don't stress!!

My 3 day report was very different than my 5 day report. I learned you can't tell much from the 3 day report. My clinic says the majority of transferred embryos are grade 2. GL
