Numb Toes/Feet
This happens to me sometimes when I'm doing cardio. Anyone else? Does anyone know why this happens or how I can fix it?
Thanks!!

it used to happen to me on the elliptical too. I switched sneakers thinking it was that, but it kept happening. it doesnt happen when I run or on the tread climber. I think it must have something to do with the foothold.

It must be. I use the elipitcal 90% of the time and it's really only then that I get the numbness.
