Pre-School Teacher Question
Is there a rule regarding children soiling themselves in school and the teacher changing them?
My friends dd is 3 and today the school (Catholic) called her to pick up bc she pooped in her pants. Mom was annoyed. But, I was under the impression that they couldn't change them.
Any ideas?

My DDs go to a toddler two program in a preschool. I was told that they cannot change a child's clothes by law. They're not a daycare ctr

Re: Pre-School Teacher Question
at the preschools i worked at, we are not allowed into the bathroom with the kids and if they have an accident we cant help them clean it. it feels terrible but those are the rules. so hence why a parent needs to come...

Re: Pre-School Teacher Question
i think it depends on the district. teachers have usually do not change the children, but in some districts nurses have changed the children.
