at SIRM did you say Dr T and I guess wang do multi loss consults?
I asked if Dr Jonathan was the one at SIRM and the RE said no that's his brother.

Dr. Jonathan Sher is an ob in the city that is known to believe in immune issues and does testing for it. He isn't a RE.
Jeffrey Sher is head of SIRM in Las Vegas.

do you know if the Dr T from SIRM does the same testing as the ob/sher in the city
I think Im at the point of letting all this go, I cant take "all this" figuring out anymore.

Dr. T (Dr. Tortoriello) at SIRM who also is in same practice as Dr. Wang most definitely will do the immune panel that Dr. Sher (OBGYN) does; if not; above and beyond that.
Trust me; I know what it's like to be done with figuring crap out with so many doctors involved. Sometimes I feel like I'm going in circles. But I try to have the faith that one of these circles heads me in the straight direction.

LIIVF referred me to Dr. sher when I complained about immune concerns. I never went and went to Dr. T instead who found my issue and told me I wasn't crazy. Greatest feeling ever.

that's where I got the name.
I only thought about since at one of my consults one of the DR mentioned it, with family history and my own auto immune issues, otherwise it would have never entered my mind

Yes, Dr. T specializes in multiple loss. I had over 5 losses just last year alone and I was sick of everyone blaming my egg quality especially since I am only 33. Dr. T was the only Dr that believed that my losses were due to my endo and inflammation process. I went gluten free, dairy light, had immune testing and took lots of antioxidants and his goal was to supress me before transferring an embryo. He had a plan unlike everyone else. SIRM follows Dr. Sher's philosophies and his blogs are very interesting if you ever check them out on the website.
He suppressed me during my IVF cycle and I got pregnant naturally the next cycle so his plan was the truth. Braverman also said the same thing about my endo but I couldn't afford him. :/

Dr. T at SIRM did my immune testing. As issue was found and I was put on prednisone and intralipids with my IVF. I am FINALLY pregnant. For me I knew something was wrong that my former RE just wasn't finding. So happy I switched to SIRM. Best decision I ever made since it was our last shot.

I just had a consult with Dr. T and switched over to SIRM. There's something about him that makes you feel hopeful even when he told me that it will be tough. He is testing for immune issues as well as doing another hysteroscopy to check for scar tissue and endo fu cation test to check for implantation issues. He's thorough and thinks out of the box. He also agreed I was on way to many meds for my cycles and since I don't make many given one ovary and my age, he would rather get the Few I have and be quality. He validated my feelings.
Don't get me wrong I love RMA and my dr there. They found two
Issues my first RE ignored. But it's big practice and they don't think too much out of box. I'm not a cookie cutter case. I'm difficult and I think Dr. T likes the challenging cases.
