Updated---Started my 10 day cleanse yesterday
Needed a little kick in the butt to get me back on track!! I'm on day 2..feeling pretty good considering I have cut out caffeine  I had a pretty bad headache last night, but i'm much better this morning. I actually feel less bloated already! I'm cutting out all sugars, processed foods and GMOs!
Update: I'm finishing up DAY 6 of my body transformation and I have already lost 8 lbs & I'm feeling amazing!!! I finally found a transformation program that I can eat real organic, whole food on! It was very overwhelming trying to find something that had real science behind it yet would still cleanse/detox my body where I would get amazing results :)

I'm just starting day three and my energy has returned plus some!! I've lost 5lbs already and my eczema is virtually gone!!! It's an awesome green vegan cleanse and it helps people break their addiction to processed food and lose 5-20 lbs. Personally I was totally hooked on carbs and had to break the cycle.

Don't sign up with out the gc! If you definitely going to do it let me know and I will just give you the code to enter or my friend is basically and expert on this she can totally walk you through it over the phone.

i finished up my ten day last week and it really does help you reset. I dropped 12lbs and 8 inches in ten days. i am a food addict and with the regimen it really helped me snap out of some bad habits. I hope to do another cleanse mid Jan or end of Jan.

That's awesome!! I am on day 9 right now..I'm feeling so energized! Mainly though I feel like it's helped me break the bad habits and reset my metabolism too. I am going to do the 20 day continuum too but not to the T since the holidays. I'm down 10 lbs, I didn't measure but I should have...I've lost a lot of inches!
