Re: Beachbody 3-Day Refresh
I did it. I lost 1/2 lb a day of a total of 1 1/2 lbs. I did not work out while doing it because while I wasn't hungry I didn't really feel like I'd have the energy ( I usually work out 3 days a week). For me it wasn't worth it! I've been eating clean since January 1st and I lost 7 lbs (in addition to stepping up my workouts)...and I really have only 3 lbs to lost to get to my goal.
Maybe if I had more weight to lose I would have seen better results...

Re: Beachbody 3-Day Refresh
I've tried shakeology but have never done the actual cleanse. The protein powder is okay, not bad not great. I dont' know that I could drink it 3x a day though.
I just came off the Dr Oz 3 day Cleanse. It wasn't easy, but better than the Beachbody one sounded.
I don't recommend exercising when on a cleanse. You lose a lot of energy naturally.

Beachbody 3-Day Refresh
I don't recommend doing any cleanse if you can't exercise while doing it as some companies state with their products. It's crazy. It's not the juice you're drinking or the supplements but the fact that they tell you to eat only 500 calories that causes you to lose the weight. Even still, it's mostly water weight. Eating balanced meals and moderate exercise is the best solution for lasting results.

This. All of this. Cleanses are not necessary. You have organs to cleans your body. No juices necessary! And the weight you lose would be water that willr eturn once you begin eating normally anyway.

Re: Beachbody 3-Day Refresh
The 3-Day Refresh is unlike juice cleanses or liquid fasts which tend to be high in sugar and low in protein (leaving you feeling weak, hungry, and sluggish). It's an easy-to-follow program that helps support your metabolism while nourishing your vital organs.
For 3 days you’ll follow a program of 3 shakes a day, a fiber drink, plenty of filtered water, plus a wide array of fresh fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats throughout the day to keep your energy and metabolism going.
I lost 4 pounds and just over 3 inches overall doing it! PM me if you'd like more info!

Re: Beachbody 3-Day Refresh
Your body has it's own way of detoxing and cleansing. No products necessary. I won't waste my money on any of these products personally.
