Due date is today!!!!!
My countdown officially disappeared! Ugh come on baby!! Today is your due date and I'm so ready to meet you!!! How much longer can I really stay 3 cm with no mucous plug. I'm starting to doubt it will ever happen on it's own. Ladies please tell me there's still hope because I'd rather not be induced. I had a horrible experience the first time around!

I have a repeat C section scheduled for Friday when I will be 37 weeks.

Ahhhh I thought you might have had the baby already bc I didn't see any posts. Hang in there, it could come on out of no where. Lots of walking, light squats and stretches, and sex! In the end, it will all be worth it.

Oh man! I was 3 cm for a month with my first. My OBGYN stripped my membranes and I had the baby on the day he wanted to induce me! I hope it happens fast!

So do the opposite of what you are doing and see if that works. Lol

Don't run, WALK, let your muscles relax. And do squats. Gravity is your best bet here.
I was 3cm for 9 weeks with my second, unfortunately dilation doesn't mean much with baby #2, it's so frustrating. But it is progress so keep moving!!! Good luck!!

Totally felt your pain.was 3 cm from 36 weeks. Went into labor on my own 7 dys late at 41 weeks!! It will happen when u least expect it, wasn't even feeling that bad the night I went into labor. Had an ummedicated natural delivery and didn't need to be induced. The average first time mom will go into labor at 41 weeks 3 days!! So there is tons of hope it's just so hard to be patient and uncomfortable

I workout 5 days a week and of course squats are included. It really is an old wives tale.

How effaced are you? Did your dr offer to strip your membranes?
I think running helped to get my son to station zero, but the membrane stripping caused labor within 24 hours.

Nipple stimulation can be effective but do some research and talk to your ob first.

yes!! Hoping you don't deal with this either! So frustrating!
I was induced the first time around, that's why I'm clueless on what to expect!

I keep checking in on you because I was induced the first time around too, and I'm so scared I won't go into labor this time (and they won't induce me this time bc I had a c/s) and I also have no idea what to expect!

My friend always says you aren't late until its 42w so if you really don't want to be induced you can wait it out assuming your fluids are all good and everything, I hope you go sooN!!!!
