how does everyone have for homeowners and auto insurance?
I'm looking to cut out the middle man and find homeowners and auto insurance myself just wondering what companies everyone has.

i use statefarm but i didn't have much choice cause i have a pitbull most insurance companies wouldn't give me homeowners insurance 
also when i called for rates i didn't mention anything about car i just got rates just for the house.
once I was in the house about a month or so later I called and asked how much it would be for auto insurance.

how does everyone have for homeowners and auto insurance?
statefarm. i think allstate backed out last minute because of flood risk. this was 8 yrs ago
recently moved car over as well and am saving about 600 a year between multi discounts and lower rate

State Farm. We just bundled about a year ago. My car insurance went up like $20, but my homeowners went down like $150 overall, so it was still a better deal for me.

Ocean Harbor for Home
Geico for Auto....no major companies will touch us for homeowners because of our proximity to water on the south shore.

Geico for both.
State Farm got expensive for the cars, couldn't give us a good enough reason why, so we called Geico.
Homeowners is a little bit more with Geico, but the multi policy discount for the cars is worth it.
I'm in a "flood zone" in northern Queens. I live at the top of a hill, 3/4 mile off of Fort Totten.
If the water ever got high enough to flood my home, then Noah better have his Ark ready.

GEICO/Narragansett Bay. You get the multi-policy discount and the price is reasonable.

Allstate for car and home.
An investment house we have by the water was dropped by Allstate years ago, so we are in NY State's high risk pool for house insurance there, plus FEMA Flood Insurance.
