What's your favorite 1/2 in the NY/LI area?
At some point if like to come up to Ny & visit family/friends & do a race while I'm up. So what's your favorite??

I liked the Hamptons course too. I think Sleepy Hollow may be my favorite though.

What's your favorite 1/2 in the NY/LI area?
I like the womens health and fitness half in Central Park. It's in April. But my absolute favorite race (though not a half) is the Shelter Island 10k in June.

NYC half bc you get to run through Times Square which is pretty cool. People also rave about the brooklyn half, but I've never done it.
I like the More Half bc it's women only, but its 2.25 laps of Central Park so can get boring.

NYC half in March is great, but so hard to get into these days. Need to enter the lottery or get in through NYRR.
The Long Island half is in May and I've done that the past 4 years -- not the most exciting course, but flat and easy.
Rutgers half in NJ is in April - did that one last year and had a blast
