CSA Members - Rx coverage
DH recently switched over from UFT to CSA union. Trying to understand the Rx coverage. I just dropped $90 in CVS on Rx's for my twins (all needed immediately so I did not do mail order) and I also spent quite a bit in December (also on Rxs needed immediately - Tamiflu and antibiotics.) We've done a few mail orders and have been charged anywhere from $7.99 to $25.00 for co-pays.
So confused! What is the deductible? I am assuming that it gets re-set in January? What is the co-pay if any, once you've hit the deductible? Is mail order cost always the same for generic? and different for non-generic?
TIA

Re: CSA Members - Rx coverage
It does get reset in January. I think it is up to 300.00...then after that it is regular co-pay...one shot deals you get at CVS run any where from 1.00 and up to $25.00. Maintenance drugs should be ordered through catamaran. Through them it is like 1/2 price.
