"Lighting bolt" feeling during 2WW ???

I've seen a few people post this as one of their symptoms when they were Pg and when I saw this ,it really gives me hope... I have had this feeling twice during this 2ww recently and I am trying to figure out what causes it.....

I just don't want to go crazy with symptoms because I know where that gets me, it's just this time is different and that feeling has happened twice....

Anyone???

I actually had that, but in my lower back. Like a zap. So weird. I actually still get it here and there. No clue what it is.

i didnt get that but i had moments of a "nice" feeling. lol! almost like my vagina was pulsating. lovely, i know.

I had that with DS and again last month before I had a miscarriage. Mostly like a stabbing pain on my right side. Both times I got pregnant, I knew I was pregnant. My "symptoms" were different (yet similar, but not the same) than my period symptoms. This stabbing pain is one of the feelings that I don't get when I get my period.
