I come home
And all I want to do is eat! 6 months until my wedding! I love working out but once I stop, that's it! I miss the feeling of being addicted to working out! I need motivationnnn! Advice?

I come home
Eat more fiber rich.foods during day. Drink a lot of water (hunger can be mistaken for thirst) Hang a picture of your dress on fridge Mix up work outs..only takes 20m of intervals to get a good one in Pre- make meals so when you get home pop in microwave no pre-dinner snacking Remind yourself how good it feels to go to bed after a hot shower sore from a good work out.

Same here. The only thing that is working is being accountable for what i am eating (weighing and measuring) because a bite here and a taste there adds up!
I do well at work (bring portioned leftovers with a protein, whole grain, and veg and fresh fuits and veggies to snack on) but when i come home i just want to eat and drink. Today instead of eating junk i worked out!
